Picked up a Honda Civic for my daughter's first car. The process was smooth and the price was significantly better than what we were quoted at two local dealerships. It's a decent platform. I purchased a Chevy Silverado that runs fine but had a few scratches that weren't very clearly visible in the listing photos. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish the description had been more accurate. Joel was helpful when I called and offered a small credit, which I appreciated.
