Once your account is verified, you are ready to explore vehicles and join live auctions. Browse inventory, filter by make, model, year, price, and more, then decide whether to bid live or use Buy Now before the auction opens.

Starting Price
The minimum amount for the very first Standard Bid.
Estimated Value
A prediction of the final sale price, based on historical market data.
Buy Now Price
The vendor pre-approved price that allows you to bypass the auction.
Standard Bid
Win by holding the highest bid when the timer runs out.
Live auctions run Mon-Sat from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Each vehicle is allotted 5-7 minutes. Bidding begins at the listed Starting Price.
All subsequent bids must increase by a minimum of $100.
If a bid is placed within the final 30 seconds, the timer extends by another 30 seconds.
The final winning bid is subject to vendor approval. If it falls below the confidential reserve price, the vendor will return with a counteroffer.
Buy Now
Secure a vehicle instantly before the auction goes live.
Buy Now is pre-approved by the vendor, so there is no waiting period for approval. The listed Buy Now price includes all transaction fees, meaning the number you see is the exact dollar amount you pay.
Available only before live bidding
Once the vehicle hits the auction block, Buy Now is disabled and the vehicle can only be won through Standard Bid.
After winning
Payment, title processing, and release happen in order.

Confirmation
You receive an automated email confirming your win. Shortly after, an agent contacts you to confirm details, finalize payment preference, and discuss shipping if needed.

Payment and title processing
Once payment is confirmed by the vendor, title documentation begins. ELT states usually take 5 to 8 business days. Paper title states can take 3 to 4 weeks.

Vehicle delivery or pickup
After documentation is finalized, you can self-pickup with a Gate Pass or have delivery coordinated through open carrier, enclosed carrier, or flatbed via one of our dispatch partners.
Vehicle access during processing
Access to the vehicle is restricted while payment confirmation and title processing are still underway.
Pickup or shipping
Receive the vehicle after documentation is finalized.
For self-pickup, we instruct the vendor to issue a Gate Pass. For shipping, we coordinate with carrier dispatch partners for open transport, enclosed transport, flatbed moves, and expedited lanes. Shipping is paid in cash to the driver upon delivery.

bid on a 2016 ford f150 last month and honestly wasnt sure what to expect since ive never done an online auction before. mike walked me thru the whole thing on the phone, even called me back after hours when i had a dumb question about shipping. truck showed up exactly as described. will be back for another one for sure

Picked up a Honda Civic for my daughter's first car. The process was smooth and the price was significantly better than what we were quoted at two local dealerships. My only complaint is the pickup window felt a bit tight, but they were very accommodating and rearranged the schedule once I explained I was driving three hours to get there. Would recommend.

It's a decent platform. I purchased a Chevy Silverado that runs fine but had a few scratches that weren't very clearly visible in the listing photos. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish the description had been more accurate. Joel was helpful when I called and offered a small credit, which I appreciated.

first time auction buyer here and i was NERVOUS lol. lexi made it so easy though, explained the bidding increments and even told me when to hold off so i didn't overpay. got a 2019 toyota camry for a great price, ask for her if you can!!
